Has anyone used them lately?We have been using Tropic for the last few years,and there cars are getting old.

We have used Royal for the last 3 years and haven't had any problems. I just e-mailed them regarding renting a Suzuki in May and they gave me a great price. They seem to have good rates. We always rent a little Suzuki Jinmy so we can go off road and they deliver it right to the Hotel. If you are unhappy with the vehicle, they will exchange it for you too.

Used them last year. Price for the Week was 165.00 US and got a free cell phone just had to buy the card. Car was okay and clean. Far better then Hertz the year before who tried to change the price and the car was a crap.

I use Royal twice a year. Tell them you know Kent Gerber and they will treat you great.

We use them twice a year with good results.

My rental now is from Royal. It's a green Suzuki Banero. It has a variety of scratches (which they noted) and it's difficult to aim the air vents. The radio only comes out of one speaker. Other than that, it's fine. But, indeed, they are not exactly "last year's models".
