Talking Sea shells/sea glass

Coming in late February, wanted to know if there are any beaches that are good for finding sea shells and/or beach glass.

the big disappointment to shell collectors is that the beaches in aruba (palm and eagle and druiff and rodgers and baby) are lacking in gorgeous shells.
sure there are a few, but not many and not especially gorgeous.

i have never looked for shells over on the rough side so i cannot coment about finding shells or sea glass over there.

so, if you are hoping for a place like sanibel island to find shells.....aruba is not the place.
sorry

Sea Glass In Aruba

Try the wind side of the island....It is the side of the island (north I think) that faces the shipping lanes!

We'll be at the Tam March 7th - 21st. I also spend considerable time snorkeling directly out from our room. See you at the Bunker Bar. We can compare notes on our 'treasures'.

Smile Sea glass in Aruba

Hi! If you enter Aruba sea glass on Google, there are several beaches listed in Aruba where sea glass has been found.

Mrs. 44 and I were on Druiff Beach this morning. Found nothing but small shells. A photo will be tomorrow's blog post. Nothing great but so many people ask I thought it was worth a blog post.

See you tomorrow.

Not to be a downer on this but technically I think it is still illegal to remove shells from the island
