SEE YA IN A WEEK

So ... Where does anyone that lives on Aruba go on vacation? Pretty much anywhere in the world is the answer hower there are some favorites. Orlando and the Mouse Farm being the number one. There are lot's of European destinations as well. We will be going to Cuba this week and it whould be fun and hectic.

Unless you are Fidel himself, there are no direct flights. We will go through Venezuela with an overnight there. That is one country that gives me the chills.Safety is not the most common used word. The following day we go on to Cuba. Same routine on the way back.

While there we will try to squeeze in as much as possible in a one week period, however Cuba always leaves me with the feeling that there are a million things that I forgot to do.

Behave yourselves and take care of each other.

Re: SEE YA IN A WEEK

Charles, I never thought China was a vacation spot to be enjoyed but I recently have spoken too some folks that have been there and saw a complete TV show on the fabulous vacation opportunities and unbelievable advantages and newness of Shang-hai, China. Its another world within this world. people tend to label foreign countries as poverty ridden and un-safe. Not so in Shang-hai.
Its the fastest growing and up-scale city in the world today.

I'm a beach bum who just loves to hang out and do actually nothing but relax. Going from one place to another, sight seeing, in and out of Museums, etc. is just not so interesting to me.
Although after seeing the video, I wouldn't mind at all going there. You can in fact vegg out at one of their fabulous resorts and do just what I enjoy in Aruba.
Many of their resorts/hotels are for the very rich with $975.00 a night rack rate for a room.
I'm a $975.00 a week or less if I can, in Aruba.
So when you try Shang-hai....let us all know how you like it!
Hey, does ArubaFastPhones work there?

As you recommended in here somewhere, they even have a Wendys. I'm ready!
