I made a reservation with Budget Car Rental over the internet about 3 months ago. My reservation is for 2 weeks in early June. I also used the Visit Aruba Card discount (10% off internet price). After applying the discount and adding the taxes and fees, the final price was around $150/week. This was for a Yaris with Air Conditioning and Manual Transmission. It was a bit more for an Automatic Transmission so you would need to be comfortable with driving a stick shift. It also did not include any extra insurance because my credit card insurance covers the cost if there is an accident. I have not checked the site (BudgetAruba.com) recently, so I am not sure if the prices are still the same.
