In my trip report I forgot to thank Charles at Aruba Fast Phones! I ordered a phone from him a few weeks before our trip. I just needed to check in a few times with my friends taking care of my dog and my boys at college so I didn't need much. He recommended a good plan that was perfect for what I needed. He gave me his phone number and when we arrived I called and Charles brought the phone right to me. It was nice to meet him after reading his stories on the forum. The phone worked great. He told me to leave the phone at the front desk and he would pick it up after we left. I emailed him yesterday to make sure he got it back and he said it was all set.

It was so nice to do business with him - no hassle, great service with a smile....but I guess that is the "Aruba way". I would highly recommend his company.
