I just ordered mine and will pick it up at the airport kiosk when we arrive. They will send you your phone number before you leave. Just be sure your phone is an unlocked GSM quad band or the SIM will not work. I bought a cheap Motorola because my Razr is locked by AT&T

You can also go to a DIGICEL office.

I imagine you can just get one right there, but you wont have the number until then. If you pre-order, you can leave the number with folks back home.

No,
The number will be a Local Aruba Number.

I am getting it just for phone calls on the island.

I travel with my home phone with my computer. So all I need is Internet which the Radisson has for free, and I will have my home phone with me. So all calls to US are free for me!
