it by far was the nicest resort i have visited. it was like they could not do enough to make our stay a memorable one. the night we arrived they had a "construction" dinner, all guests and employees were invited. they had every kind of food imaginable. i found it a nice touch that the employees were there, most companies try and "hide" the "little man", it was a nice touch to see these "little men & women" there, it is these people that really make your stay a good one. anything we asked for we got, extra towels,pillows..etc. not to mention laundry done in just a few hours!!! i will never venture to another resort! thanks to the staff at hyatt...your top notch and should be proud of yourselfs!

how was the construction at the hyatt while you were there???? was it noisy? messy? just wondering! thanks!

it wasnt bad at all, they really don`t make any noise till around 9am to 9:30am. it was really no inconvience at all. i will be staying there again!
