not sure if it was mentioned yet or not. but a button for "new posts" sisnce your last visit would be nice. unless there is one that i'm missing. i swear there used to be one but i don't see it now.

Looks like no one has been here for quite some time. A suggestion please: extend the bump time. I find I need to log on every five minutes, and it's pretty annoying. Just a thought. :-)

When you log on there should be a check box to keep you logged in.
Otherwise, you may want to check your computer's cookies. Your computer may be set to clear them "x" amount of time.

Yes, info on flights, not just from America, but also from Europe. Info on flights from Aruba to other Caribbean islands,. Perhaps a link for members who are selling property. Up to date info on Residency in Aruba. Perhaps a link for current travel money, ie...ABFlorin to Dollar, Sterling, Canadian Dollar, Euro ect etc.

as far as flights, there are so many sites out there in cyberland searching is easy.
if someone asks a specific question on flights many of us jump in and gives whatever info we can find.

there is a link re: properties for sale or rent in the catergory Where to Stay

My suggestion:
Say a topic (thread) gets posted. Over time, that post gets 40 replies. I now go there to read it. Commentor #6 makes an interesting statement, and I would like to reply directly to that comment/person. But I can only post, and have my reply stuck way at the end, now comment #41. This makes it difficult to connect my reply back to commentor #6 on page 1.
The forum should implement a link under EACH post, that would allow you to reply to that particular person. Not hard to do, and it helps keep a possible conversation in order. Just a thought.

How about an audio link to a few simple phrases in the local dialect. That would help out us visitors, and hopefully make us even more welcome. It'd also be a lot of fun!

Until the webmaster has a chance to review this, IF I understand what you are trying to say, you already have a few options:

At the top heading of each individual post, you will see:

Today, 06:51 AM (left side) (right side) #9 (permalink)
The permalink is a link/url for that individual post so that it can be referenced anywhere else, whether in that thread, another thread, another category or elsewhere on the internet. By clicking on that link it will take you directly to that specific post.

Click on this button in a specific post to address a specific topic anywhere in that thread. This will open that particular post in quotes in a "reply to thread" entry.

This is a "multi quote" button. Click on this button in each post in a thread on which you would like to comment. When you click on the button it will be highlighted red. After clicking on this button for each post you wish to comment/quote, then click on and it will open the traditional "reply to thread" page which you are probably already familiar with.

Below is an example of a multi quote from just above in this thread.

And, using the 'quote' feature like this will help tie the response directly to a previous comment. Thanks again.
