We normally have a very good base and do as one of the prior posts. We start off with 15 for a few days, then to go to nothing. With only one "real" burn...strangely enough last year (don't think I had a very good base)....have only had minor problems, which as someone else said....the aruba aloe after sun stuff is wonderful!!
