I need to start tanning this week....go twice a week before I leave or I will fry. Even my silician blood gets sun poisoning down there if I am in the sun for 2 days in a row....so I have to tan a little first....yippee that means aruba is very close;

As unhealthy for your skin a tanning bed/booth is .........the uva and uvb light does wonders for one's mental health and is good for one's bones. (at least the nice lady at the health food/vitamin place said so

We always tan before we go,its better to have a base tan before you get there.

Good idea, I still have a bit of tan left from my last arrived back home in Seotember.
