I will be staying at the La Cabana in March and then at the Holiday Inn in July--I visit Aruba every year and always buy a calling card to use...

Can anyone further explain the phone situation to me---Who's Charles?

I hate trying to find a phone out there to use my calling card.

Now is this a cell phone that you rent? cause I know you can rent cell phones there but last time I checked they seemed to be expensive?? Can you use them to make local calls and to call home (Boston)?

Any information will be greatly appreciated and helpful!
