since wenesday, i have been under the weather so to speak.

LISA HAS BEEN A GODSEND.

Many of you know I am/was a swimmer.
Suffice it to say we had a cold december here in Tampa Bay and a cool January......leaving me with no real swimming or water aerobics.

well the good weather has finally arrived.....been 17 days of sun and warmth so i have been getting into the pool most days and doing 2 wateraerobic classes to make up for lost time.

as a result to get back in shape and lose some bum fat, i aggravated my SI joint. (sacroliac) causing huge intense bum pain and radiating nerve pain down my right leg making me quite miserable.

i have been back and forth to chiropractor, mri, bed, floor, bed, floor, recliner trying to deal with the pain and loss of mobilty.

today i am better, sort of thanks to the nice pain drug peddling physician at the urgent care place.

more chiropractor tomorrwow and maybe his manipulations can get this joint back to being in line with the pelvis.

Mine is a labor of love and thanks are not needed. Had some "work" to do on the computer anyway.

I feel your pain Andrea, and I totally sympathize having been there myself. Sounds like you're doing everything you can to get better, and I'm hoping you're your old self soon.

thanks all
my normal self is far less mean and bitchy

i am really being terrible to my husband and animals.
so i am going my utmost to ignore all under this roof.
pain brings out my awfulness.
but i am grateful for lisa and i started this thread to let her know how grateful i am that she can be counted upon.

Oh Andrea, I am so sorry to hear you are in Pain!!!!!!!!! That just stinks. I hope the drugs and chiro can help you out. Every try acupunture for it? My dad swore by it.

Sherry swears by acupuncture as well. I have always found chiropractic to be really helpful, and will never say no to pain meds. Pain sucks, and constant pain.....well, you know.
