    ya i know
folks in aruba are very receptive on getting their females "spayed"...
getting the males neutored is a whole "other issue".

this orange and white boy will eat out of my hand, but goes WILD if i pick him up.

It is very easy to take a cat back to the US. You can check on my 'adopt a hotel' cat page on my website.

I was working with a woman who on her own was working to spay the cats in ABC area. I have managed to rescue some of the friendly cats there.

When I was there with her one day, I tried to get a female cat who was not receptive to getting into the cage. I do have a cat trap available for rescue
people but unfortunately if a cat won't let you pick them up, they are prob.
not the best candidate to 'fly back' to the US. All airlines and vets say the
same thing, it is very bad to sedate an animal during a flight.

The only thing we can do right now is to try to get hotel adoptions for the
friendly ones and hope the wilder ones will do well on their own.

If anyone has any questions, please feel free to contact me for more information.

On a good note - at least 4 kittens which were found in a hot office are
flying out this month and we might had an additional 2 going as well. We
have had 2 hotel cat adoptions as well. The cats seem to fall asleep the minute they are on the plane because of the vibration and we have always had good 'travel' reports without problems bringing the cats to the US and Canada.
