Things to do?

I will be in Aruba from May 20-May 24th with my wife and her company. Staying at Hyatt. What are some "must" do things while there? First time to Aruba.

Re: Things to do?

Kris, I would do a half day at DePalm Island. That is the best snorkling and all you can eat and drink. Around $40 FOR A HALF DAY. Thats pretty good. You get lunch and supper and all you can drink. Plus it the best snorkling. You can feed the big blue parrott fish. When you are at the Hyatt, you will have a nice beach to walk. Mornings or evenings there is a big sidewalks on the front side that you can walk to alot of eating places and some small shops. Enjoy and don't forget to go to Pizza Bobs in front of the PlayaLinda. Its the BEST pizza. We go there at least 3 times a trip.

Take a tour i recomend Depalm 4x4 jeep tour full day includes lunch and snorkeling at depalm island. ( Huge blue Parrot fish) Really cool. Grab the little swiss bag as you leave the airport there are a tone of coupons inside.

Re: Things to do?

If you play golf try the Marriott course Del Sol.
Horseback riding your thing? Do it.
Safari type jeep rides your thing? You can do it.
Swimming is obvious.
Obviously fishing.
Obviously gambling.
Dinner shows abound.
You are going to love Aruba.

Re: Things to do?

You'll have a incredable time I'll tell you that. Snorkel baby beech and De-palm Island. amazing sea animals as well as very clean waters dive if you can. What is your style of dance? The Island has great salsa and reggae clubs, but if you go in one, get ready to party till 4am. The resturaunts on the island are amazing fresh clean food carribbean flare. You'll see it will not be your only trip there. Get ready for the time of your life on a very classy island......peace....marjie

Re: Things to do?

How does relax on the beach; order a drink called the bushwacker! and sit back and do nothing. Have a great time; I will be at the marriott in 2 weeks!
Eat at "Le Dome" or "Madamme Janettes"
