Hi Sunny Beaches! Thank you for the welcome! Wow! That makes me want Aruba even more! When you all set up your vacations do you normally use a travel agent? My bank has a travel department and I thought about going through them. As far as AI we want to drink adult beverages as well as soda's and my favorite ice tea. So maybe it would be better for us to do AI. Thanks for the info it is greatly appreciated!!

Another consideration, especially depending upon time of year is the weather. Aruba receives only a bit over 20 inches of rain a year, so no worries about your vacation being "rained out".

Wow!!! 14th? That's so awesome! We want to go around July of 2010! This will be our first "real" vacation and honeymoon! We never had a honeymoon after we got married...so we're ready!!

Shawn and Amanda also there's one more plus for Aruba(June through Nov. hurricane season). Aruba has never been hit, sometimes one might pass to the north and suck some air out to add to humidity, but still better than being in one.

July is a perfect time of year. Then again, it is perfect year 'round.

Showers are tropical in nature lasting generally only about 10 minutes or so and fall mainly in the early morning.

    July weather
    Average high temperature 89 F.
    Average low temperature 80 F.
    Average temperature 83 F.
    Average water temperature 82 F.
    Average wind speed 19 mph
Average maximum wind speed 36 mph
Average rainfall 1.20 inch (20.3 inches annual)

We are going to Aruba in Oct. for our honeymoon. we haven't vacation in Two years. So, we wanted an AI to just sit around and do nothing.

Our family has been to both Jamaica and Aruba, they suggested Aruba if when we leave the resort beach that we didn't want to be haggled (for lack of a better word) for money. I also have family the owns time shares in St. Martin, that was there home away from home, no info on that though.
