The main factors on time are; what day of the week are you leaving, what airline are you flying on, and what time of day is your flight?

Saturday is the busiest day for flights, with Sunday being second. Wednesday has the fewest flights.

Today (Sun 6/15) there are 6 flights leaving for the US between 2:00pm and 3:00pm. That's around 1200 people.

Considering that two of those flights are American, I would definately get there early.

If you're on one of the first flights out, you can probably shave some time off your arrival at the airport.

We just got back on Monday 6/9( was supposed to be Sunday). We got to the airport at 1p.m. for a 4:10 flight and from drop off to gate it was just about an hour. We fly Delta to Atlanta. We actually even landed in ATL 1/2 an hour early. OUr flight out of ATL was delayed 2 1/2 hours due to weather all over the country.

Tuesday we were picked up at the Tamarijn at 12:15 p.m. Stopped to chat a few minutes with a friend at the airport before checking in. Were at the gate by 1 p.m. First time ever that we did not have to wait in line to get through US Immigration.

With that said, we always allow at least 3 hours. After departing only once a Saturday we said never again unless we absolutely had to do it. Very very crowded and and that was in low season.
