Re: tips

You should tip waitress at least a Dollar. And no need to tip person dishing out winnings....they did not provide a service for you....just my thought

Re: tips

Hi: When and if I receive a drink for free at one of the casinos I usually give the gal $1 or $2. Sometimes if I'm winning quarters I just give her a handful.

Re: tips

Jerry, Same as in the states. A dollar or two is customary for a drink.....he/she is trying to make a living. Winning at slots, gotta rely on another opinion...I don't generally win!!!!

Re: tips

Tipping the waiters/waitresses is a nice thing to do....I always give a dollar tip for every drink i get....They appreciated it and keeps them comign to me often....You should always give a tip to person who is paying out a winning to you at the slots.... 5 or 10 dollars is always good on smaller winnings....On bigger ones, its your choice...Its like playing at the tables, you always tip the dealer if he gives you great cards so why not the guy who pays you money from the slots......

ps....I will be in Aruba in 12 days!!!!!

Re: tips

I usually tip the drink wait person $1 at the casinos.

I have never tipped anyone anything when i have won at the slots and had to be hand paid.

On the craps tables, if i try to tip $5 chip every 15 minutes or so. I have no idea if this is cheap or acceptable. i just do it.

Sometimes i only last at craps for 15 minutes.

Re: tips

Some people tip and some don't. I find much better service with a tip which can be anything from change to $$$$. My average is $1.00 (U.S.).

When you hit at a slot, you should give a small tip depending on your winnings and the same at the tables. It's how they make their wages for the most part.

Also, a little chocolate here and there for the dealers can't hurt either!!

Re: tips

Jerry

Sure tip for drinks esp since they're free.

Tipping the cash out window? Do they give you any money back if you lose?
