anyone to baby beach lately?

Has anyone been to baby beach lately? I have not been for a couple of years. Just wondering if there are any changes?

Check out the gallery. It has "cleaned" up. Chairs available along with those palapas things. They built a stone wall around the area. Looks really nice. I caution you to not leave valuables in a rental car there.

The chairs are the ones that Renaissance replaced two or three years ago!

Renaissance used to have green strap chairs/lounges. A few years ago, they bought new pvc/blue mesh chairs/lounges.

The old Renaissance chairs (or chairs that look exactly like the old chairs) ended up at baby beach. My guess is that they were the old Renaissance chairs because of their appearance and the timing.

Went to baby beach in November...really surprised at how nice it was...they built about 6-8 permenant palapa huts of various sizes....from ones that fit only 2 people to ones that a family can share....very nice...and of course you can still rent the little striped canvas tents (or whatever they're called)...seems like the beach is getting so much more popular than when we first started going...you even see folks at the side by the old tennis courts now...
when we were there, there was a group of school kids with teachers (I assume) and they were doing water swimming skills with them....nice to see them out on a school trip....

what some of us think as odd (renaissance...chairs to baby beach) is really cool!

baby beach although wnderful for we tourists, is a weekend and holiday place for the Aruban residents to go.
on Saturdays and Sundays and Holidays and Holydays Baby beach is packed with the Arubans enjoying their beach and having a heck of a good time.
It is good that school groups go.
It is awesome that renaissance/marriott decided that their beach lounge chairs be put to good use and given a 2nd life
