I just got back from Eagle beach/Amsterdam Manor. The beach in front of Amsterdam Manor, there were plenty of topless women, although I was NOT one of them. No one seemed the least bit concerned. About it, I say if that is what you are used to them you would be comfortable.

--- Ditto on most areas next to the water since that area is public. But it is OK for topless sunbathing on the resort beach area at some resorts like Bucuti, Manchebo, and others.
At some of the timeshares near those two security may ask you to cover.
I just heard about the topless beaches. Can you tell me which ones, because I am concerned that when we travel to Aruba with our children that we don't visit the topless ones.
Is it legal to go topless on the beaches in Aruba?
It is NOT legal to go topless on the beaches. And all beaches are public. Tourism has demanded that we relax the rules a little bit, Manchebo resort area tolerates topless sunbathing. But if you complain to a police patrol or hotel security, they can request the offender to 'cover up'.
I stayed at the Hyatt and saw one woman who should have just kept her top on. With all of the children around, you would think it would be common sense to keep your top on- european or not.
