This is the Old Man and The Sea property. Look at the link I posted and go to the very end and see what someone posted. Not surprised as similar type stories about it when it was a restaurant (including me).

I hate seeing stories like that. The process of planning a vacation should be fun and they are supposed to be stress free, Also kind of odd that its 1k per night on VRBO and 650 per on flipkey.

that looks just like it, that's it. And according to what I watched on TV about the contest you stay in 5 star hotels & rooms, too.

If you look at my two links/posts there are actually two separate villas but owned by the same people. The one that is Casa Alistaire is a huge place that sits on the water with no beach. OMATS is another place with 3 separate sleeping quarters and a beach. It looks like the one outside was the old private dinning area where they charged $100 extra to use and the area which was the kitchen has been converted into the main house.

The property was always STUNNING, however very poorly run. I among others had issues with this place after the first few times we went. It certainly has the potential of being a beautiful alternative to the other side of the island as long as it is run properly. The review that was on the site would make me nervous about booking.
