For the 12th time we headed down to our home away from home Aruba, this time a total of 10 us on the same direct flight from Boston on AA. Left at 7 am arived at 11:20 great time. The Aruban imigration agent was very pleasant and after looking at my passport said you come here alot, and I said this is our 12 and he proceded to tell me to make sure i let the Tourism board know so we could get our Certificate of Apreciation. As usual I left the family looking for lugage and I went to pick up our Royalaruba rental 12 passenger van, which was ready for us with a smile and a free cell phone too. As soon as I drove around to come to the arivals the entire group was ready all 9, it was unbelivable how fast it was. Now came the task of getting all the people and lugage into to this van, not to fare the local who gets the taxis comes over and said let me do it I do this all the time and in 3 minutes piled it all neatly, I said thanks and handed him a few dollars, for which he was very happy. Now its time to go to our time share Paradise Beach Villas, the friendliest place on the island, they all remember you year after year and treat you like family. My son invited his 2 friends along and this was there first time, we were lucky enough to be able to put them on standby and they came on the same flight so instead of an 8:30 pm arrival they came with us. To my supprise one of our units was already available and we could go into it unpack and get to the pool bar and then finally the beach, but before that it was time to go to Ling & sons and stock up on booze and food, said and done and by 2pm was by pool side and finally beach ..great first day. ... see some old friends and start 13 days of PARADISE. to see some pics go to
