Trip Report
Just got back tonight, there since may 28th.
Weather was beautiful every day, rained for about one hour on Tuesday.
We stayed at the Holiday Inn, beautiful Hotel, not as luxurious as some of the others but still very nice.
Saturday night we ate dinner at Pelican Nest. After that we drove into town and had a few drinks at mambo jambo.
Sunday morning we woke up and went snorkling at Arashi beach, then drove up to the light house, had dinner at Carlos and Charlies (fajatias were very good.) After that we went to mamboo beach for a few drinks.
Monday we went snorkling at baby beach, very beautiful and my favorite beach there. We went shopping in town, then at at Flying Fishbone(bit overated if you ask me) then we went back to Carlos and Charlies for a few yard drinks and partied there till about two in the morning, very fun.
Tuesday did nothing but sit out on the hotel beach and had a few drinks at Piets peir.
Wendsday took it easy because of what we did wendsday night Kukoo Kanukuu. Absolute blast, mama was our driver and she was a riot.
Thursday hungover in the morning, then went to see the natural bridge and natural pool.
Friday hung around the high rise area and went around through all the hotel lobbies and pools, most impressed with the Hyatt, beautiful hotel and beautiful grounds. Went up and watched the sunset from the lighthouse.
Aruba is a wonderful island, the people were extremely friendly and you could tell how much they cared for everyone there, they all were genuinly concerned for Natalie. I am taking my pictures in to have them developed tomorrow, and I did take lots of pics from Carlos and Charlies Monday and if it looks like she is in any of the pics, I will imediatly send them to the proper people there, I am sure that they wont be much help but you never know.
