Just returned on June 25th from my 13th visit to beautiful Aruba. This was the first time I stayed at the Marriott. It was just magnificant. For 8 days the weather was just to die for. Sunny every day and hot. The Marriott was just first class all the way. Clean, beautiful rooms with great views and the most professional staff of workers that couldn't do enough for you. My hat's off to you, Marriott for a great week in paradise. I am returning for my regular time share vacation for 10 days in November....it can't come soon enough. I am at work now and back to reality and sooooo depressed. I would be laying on that white sandy beach right now instead I am sitting at my desk (ugh). No problems at all with all that is going on with the missing girl. There was some activity though at the Marriott with Fox News interviews, but they were done at night and most people didn't even know it was going on. For anyone that has never been to Aruba, let me just say that this is an isolated case and it still remains one of the safest islands you can go to (and I have been to most of them) and still feel the safest here. Goodbye, Aruba until November.

at was at the mariott ocean club from the 19th -24th. it is a great establishment. i had a nice time with my boyfriend and family. great pools and beaches and casinos too! i miss it too

A couple of questions: Do the rooms come with refridgerators (big/small)? And are there any laundry facilities on site (coin operated). We leave this weekend from Boston for Aruba, and staying at the Marriott hotel.

Hey nyygirl - Nothing beats Aruba for charging your battery up alittle. We leave in 17 days because in need the 12 day charge this time. Glad you had a safe trip.<BigPapa>

Yes, they have fridges in the rooms. Not big and not small like a half of big fridge. As far as laundry, I never do laundry on vacation but I'm sure they have something. Have a great, safe trip in Paradise.
