I did the De Palm sunset cruise for the second time last week. It is pretty good, the crew is fun and they played good music. The mixed drinks aren't bad but a bit watered down, they also have cans of Balashi (all drinks are free) and they put out little plates of snacks. After the initial rush at the bar when they started serving drinks there was no line. You will have a great time.

Being on a budget, De palm island is a little pricey, when you can see the same fish at Baby Beach,(for free) just take some bagels or (a tube of fish food from the mini mart at the resort) snorkel where the water changes color, about 8", also stay inside the breakwater there is a strong current on the outside, and there have been loses.

Forgot to say with your car rental you can easily see the island in a day, but when your on the north coast please stay out of the sand, you will get stuck, when you do try using the floor mats for traction, it might help!

We have cancelled our Tomcar trip, we have decided to keept he De Palm Island day. We also decided we will write our own vows and just read them to each other alone somewhere special.

Any ideas on that somewhere special?

Oh and yeah Ihad to tell her, so no kore surprise, felt it was only fair to give her ample time to write her own vows.

On the beach near Amsterdam Manor at the famous tree for your vows.
The fish love frozen peas......although I may get scolded for suggesting fish feeding.
Been feeding them frozen peas on suggestion of Capt Don at Habitat in Bonaire.... Real environmentalist.
