    Exclamation Unwanted EMails :-(

    from our member AQUAMAN

    Hi Andrea,

I thought you should see this email that came in tonight. Don't worry...being in IT security we see a lot. This is someone out to setup others who may be old, lonely etc...first the friendship and then the gradual pitch about life and things going wrong and the final work up to asking a "friend" to help out with a small loan. This is a classic. Up to you if you wish to post a warning. If so, please remove Bobbies name.

    Regards

    Here is the email:

There are people (slime scum) that are predators.
They go onto these sites, see the member listing, and then contact them with a sob story.
    Do not take the bait.
Again, the only means of communication should be thru Private message.

I have said it before. Animals are so much nicer than people.

    Good night all

    Thumbs up

Most of those types are filtered and go direct into my JUNK folder. And after a very quick look at the subjects I empty the folder.

As usual, Andrea and Arubalisa, you are our safeguard against unwanted emails...scams...and I never worry about hackers in this regard; and how to guard against them.

Thanks for all you do for the members and forum.
