We are honored with the visit of the US Coast Guard's VENTUROUS, who services the American public, primarily working with Caribbean nations in pursuit of narcotics traffickers, as well as rescuing illegal migrants from the perils of the sea. Thanks, Andrea. These brave Coast Guard personnel should be given credit for all they do to help others and, of course, help stem the flow of these drugs which ruin so many lives.

    I salute them.

They visit Aruba for fueling and they work together with the Dutch Marines and the Aruba Coast Gard.

I've seen CG cutters and C130s there a couple times. It's always good to see nations work together to deal with problems.

I saw this when we were heading to the airport to return home. My kids actually got a kick out of it. They asked why they were there, and now I can answer them. Thanks for the post.
