Video of the "weather event"
that produced the "wind" that did damage in NOORD.

Looked just like the tornado that hit upstate New York over the weekend. Earthquakes, hurricanes, tornados - I'm afraid global warming is upon us!!!

when i watch that video, i wish i could understand "papiamento" i want to know what those guys are saying

Andrea, you guessed correctly. One person said OMG, another said mira, mira which means look, look, look at the way its forming and shaping. One guy said I just drove by from that section and was just cruising around.
I hope the weather is great when I go. I have never experienced bad weather on vacation in 25 years of vacationing. This year in NY Earth Quake, Hurricane, mini tornatoes and today it is raining like crazy for the next 3 days... |

Much less impressive, but yesterday, I spotted a waterspout off San Nicolaas as a thunderstorm passed through. Made a video as seen from Savaneta. Not spectacular, but cool.
