    Volunteering with Animal Rescues

Heading back to Aruba in a few weeks-this time to volunteer with some of the local animal rescues and shelter! As many of us know...the sick, helpless animals roaming the streets have been an issue for a long time! Let's get these pups off of the streets

Crdavies.....Such a good thing to do.
Which groups wiil you be assisting?

There are numerous wonderful rescue and educational animal groups in aruba.

Forum members.......check out some of the animal rescue groups before you go to Aruba.
They are all interested in your time, your talent or your treasure.

    Puppy/dog transporters are always needed.
Foster homes are needed on island and off island.
Donations of supplies are always necessary and donations of $ for veterinary care and transport are always welcomed.

Sgt Peppers Friends, Crijojo Trappers, and the Aruba Animal Shelter!

I encourage everyone to stop by the Shelter while on the island, it isn't far from the airport. They are always in need of things like frontline, medicated shampoos, puppy milk formula. Attached are some photos from my many visits

Awesome volunteer opportunities with many of these organizations. I swear the pups always say thank you in their own special ways!

This is great. Since we will be here 3 months next year, I was going to look into volunteering a few days a week-maybe at different types of places. This can be one of them. Thanks.

Hi Robin! The easiest way to get ahold of the animal shelter to discuss volunteering is their facebook page.

    Sgt Peppers Friends email info@sgtpeppersfriends.com

    Also,
Crijojo Trappers are only 1.5 years in the making, they have very little recognition so far but are doing a lot of the work. They can be reached via facebook message also!
