Water Park?

My wife and I have been going to Aruba 3 weeks a year for the past 7 years. We heard that they built and water park that is great for kids on the island. Can anyone give me some info about the park and how long the pass for the half a day is good for? also would like to know how long it takes to get there?

The Blue Parrotfish Water Park is located on DePalm Island. Here's their website for more information on cost, transportation, etc.

The other waterpark is located next to the Lacabana property, which you can see from the main highway.
It has been in various stages of construction now for 2 or more years.

This past May, we saw more progress made on its completion..............which still looks to be a long time away

Yes, Depalm Island Has A Water Park. You Can Also Snorkle And Swim With The Bluefish. They Have Package Deals That Include Two Meals. The Kids Had A Great Time But After A Few Trips Down A Few Of The Slides I Had Enough. When We Were There Last Year They Were Building New Changing Facilities.

Well, after much comtemplation we did NOT go to the water park, and frankly, glad we didn't. Its nothing like what you would expect. Its rather small, and if you think you'll have a great time like a disney park then you are mistaken. Kids around 8-10 might think its great, but thats about it. There are other things to do there, snorkle, eat, sunbath. I'm not saying don't go, i'm saying there are other things to do for that $$$.
Think about Palm Pleasure, 1/2 day,and its a great take. Three hours, 2 stops, all the shirley temples, mixed drinks, and all the equip is there.
