We were there for 11 days last October and experience a lot of wind and rain due to the tropical storm.
We went back for two weeks over Christmas and New Year's and it rained a little bit each day for the first 4 days and then after that it was very nice.
Our most recent trip in April for 12 days was absolutely gorgeous - this is the weather that we know and love!!

Hi!!! I'm going to Aruba on Friday, June 26... I'm a little concerned about the weather... how is it like at this time of the year? Am I going to enjoy a lot of sunny and warm days?

    Thank you

Been here for a week now and not a drop of rain and more than enough sunshine to give anyone who is not careful a very bad sunburn.

    July 5th arrival

I am getting a little nervous, I looked at the extended forcast and it looks like rain for the beginning of my trip.

    Is this usual for July??

http://www.accuweather.com/world-forecast-15day.asp?partner=accuweather&traveler=0&locCode=C AC|AW|AA---|ORANJESTAD&metric=0 You should hopefully like this forecast.

The island is dry and has been dry. This is typical a dry part of the year and all is normal. If there is rain it falls mainly as a brief early morning shower. I am guessing you are looking at the forecast on weather.com which always predicts rain or showers. Where they get the forecast from I do not know but it is not correct.

Late yesterday it clouded up pretty heavily. After dark there was heat lightning off the western coast. It did not rain and this a.m. the sun is shining with a few white puffy clouds and a good number of cirrus clouds.

The local meteorological service does not provide a long outlook forecast.

    Occasionally fresh to strong in gusts; force 5 to 6 ( 31 to 50 km/hour, 17 to 27 knots).

Synopsis: A tropical wave located this morning over the Eastern Caribbean area moves Westwards. This system is expected to reach the local region during lateron Today into Thursday morning. i always try to advise folks NOT to look at the weather forecasts.

    usually needless worry

showers are always predicted on some of the weather sites and are usually brief

    always hot and humid
    usually breezy
    usually mostly sunny

Thanks so much! I do feel a little better and I am going to stop looking at the weather sites. They do make you crazy though...
