What to do Easter Sunday morning?

    Hi,

We will be arriving in Aruba by ship on the morning of April 15 (Easter Sunday), and (unfortunately!) we have to fly out around 4 pm. We are hoping for some suggestions for how to best spend our time. We were considering either trying to find a nice Easter Brunch, or else just going to the beach for a few hours. Would it be possible/a good idea to head to Reflexions and maybe hang out there for a few hours (with our luggage)?

thanks for any suggestions or advice!

    hi
    welcome to your first posting

if you want an easy beach day with food and beverage, reflexions is the place to go.
they begin serving food and beverages at 11, maybe earlier.

windows on aruba, hyatt, tierra del so all have awesome brunches............but imo with luggage it is a pain in the neck.
i would opt for reflexions, have a nice, but not fancy lunch there.

there is a shower AND a place to dress at reflexions.

Is it ok if we just show up at reflexions around 10:30 or 11 or is it worth sending them an email? I'm thinking it's worth a cab ride (3 of us with luggage), or is that silly?

    definitely take a cab

get in touch with reflexions for a lounge and umbrella reservation, so when you get there jorge will have your spot all set.

Just remember you will have to be at the airport around 1pm. Sundays are very busy there.

The two best brunches on the island IMO are at the Ritz or Hyatt- both are excellent!

I agree with Andrea. Reflexions is a great place to spend the day or a few hours. Good food, reasonable prices, great service, nice pool (though small), calm waters, showers. If you decide to go to one of the hotel Brunch's, you can leave your luggage with the bellmen.

I would go to church and to see how they worship it. Then Reflexions.
