What kind of outlet do I bring for my laptop?
I am from Ontario, Canada. If I bring my laptop and my AC adapter that I use here in Ontario, will I be able to plug it into the hotel outlets OR do I need to purchase one of those outlets that they sell in travel stores that say "compatible with European, carribean, etc. countries"? Are the outlets the same in Canada as they are in Aruba?

Aruba uses the same standard as Canada and the US.
No need for adaptors.

Power is the same as here.

It is best also that your laptop is Wi-Fi.
