What is the water temperture like now?

Heard down the jersey shore the water is 70 degrees and cold.

What is the water like in Aruba now?

Not sure on the temp but the water is always nice.....warm....but refreshing where you just stay in it all day

Temperature is about 80 -81 degree F. Average water temperature when you are there is 83 F. Doesn't get much warmer than that. Has something to do with the currents heading south down the Atlantic and encountering the South American continent.

The water temp here in RAINY Massachusetts is 63 degrees. And people ask me why I vacation in Aruba during the summer??!!

LOL , I used the same excuse when I lived at the Jersey shore and vacationed in Aruba in June.

The ocean at the Jersey Shore usually does not warm up until late August and that's only if the summer has been really hot. Besides for what you would pay at the Jersey Shore for a week you could probably enjoy yourself in Aruba and have better weather and warmer water!

We go every year in April and Sept. The water feels a little chilly to me in April - it's refreshing but I don't spend a lot of time in it. In Sept., I can be in the water or on a float in the water for HOURS because it's warmer.
