When does the winner of ATA get anounced?

"WINNER SELECTION
winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted on or about October 15, 2010 under the supervision of Marden-Kane, Inc., an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received."
