    Where do the locals hang out? Food - bars etc...

    lots of aruban residents at OLD FISHERMAN, PAM PAM and the beach aside of costa inda.

    I think you will find the 'real locals' at one of the many Chinese restaurants or Snack bars along the road to San Nicolas for example.
