Wi-Fi problem/Upgrade

We just returned from a week at the Divi-Phoenix, which we love BTW. The only down side was they informed us when we checked in that the wi-fi contractor for all the Divi properties had gone out of business. I like many people had brought notebook computers and were out of luck. The internet cafe was open in th Phoenix but that was very slow and you could not plug in a notebook. Basically for kids to use.
When checking out we were told they had selected a new provider but it would be a couple (2-3 weeks) until it was up and running.

I also noticed on our last day I read in the paper the they were upgrading the internet on the entire island for faster service.

It worked out fine as on my morning trip to Starbucks I brought my computer and signed on for free.
