Andrea - all good and a very busy year in Canada and on island. As you know, the newest project here on island is keeping me very busy.

one of the most interesting and amazing sentences in the above article is the percentage of eligible voters who turned out for the election!

That really is amazing. When we were there in August there were so many people campaigning and partying in the streets showing support of their party. I noticed many young people and thought it was awesome to see them following the politics and feeling they could really stand behind the party they support. Pretty cool

It was really cool being here during the election. It was impressive seeing the number of young people that were so empassioned with their political parties platforms and candidates. And, I received a green flag from one of my Aruban friends to fly above my tiki hut!

Yes, the people are very into their politics. We had a DePalm bus driver yesterday who talked our ear off. He had good things to say about the green party. He had good things to say about their health care and said we should not worry about the new US health plan. He doesn't understand how good the US government is at screwing things up!
If you put some html here, you could create a countdown ticker, but we don't care, we're going in May 2018! Yay!
