2 weeks is the longest we have stayed. Linda still works so vacation time is limited. She gets 4 weeks but uses the other weeks for other things. I have been able to use holidays in the past to limit her vacation day usage. We stayed 11 nights a couple of times and used only 1 week of her vacation. Left on Friday, stayed Saturday, Sunday, Monday which was memorial day and came back a week from Tuesday. That gave us 4 weekend nights and 1 holiday night so 5 nights did not count on her vacation. The 7th vacation day is of course the return flight day, the saddest day of the year. We find that, for us, 11 or 12 nights works well. I would prefer the 2 weeks but DW is ready to go home after 11 nights. I would like to do 3 weeks sometime but it is difficult to get away that long with 6 cats and a new great grandson.

10 nights has been just about right for us. I assume some day we will try 2 weeks but it's hard to get away from work that long. I cant imagine taking off for a full 2 weeks, coming back to that much work would cancel out of some of the relaxation. We would probably have to plan that around a holiday time.

Our longest trip was this summer and it was 15 nights. It was a perfect amount of time. My wife was ready after day 12 but I am pretty sure I could have stayed another couple of weeks and not missed a beat.

Longest has been 10.... we normally do Tue-Thu (9 nights) and that works best for us..... other things in life get in the way beyond that....... and hating the wait in any line... this schedule seems to fall on the best travel days.

Airline prices usually dictate 14 days, arrive Tuesday and leave Tuesday of sorts. It also depends on my amount of annual leave saved up. My wife is a HS teacher so she can stay up to 4 weeks, but she is limited to around July. 2017 won't be available for Aruba (tears lol) because I burned up all of my annual leave 150+ and busted our budget rebuilding after hurricane Matt selected us. Just means if we count or blessings 2018 may be an Aruba year

Two weeks is just right for me. I did three weeks once, and was itching to get home by the middle of that last week,

Started with 1 week going back to 2000 but felt as though I was just starting to relax and it was time to go home. Tried 10 day's but it was the same, so the past 6 years we go for 2 weeks and it seems just right I go back home to work so relaxed ready for another year. Dick.

Our longest trip to date is 17 nights, but we'll be extending that to 21 next trip and will do the same this October. Our goal is to arrive on the island shortly after New Years and stay until the first week of April, followed by a Fall trip, possibly mid September till sometime in November.

The longest I've spent on Aruba was ten days back in January 2014. Was great full for the chance to spend more than seven days, so instead of flying in on a Thursday and departing on a Thursday I departed on a Sunday. So I got to spend two full Fridays and Saturdays on the island. On my last trip I lost out on the latter part of the Thursday evening on Aruba due to a whole bunch of flight delays; and my final day was spent connecting through Curacao. With the extra days it could make up for time lost while travelling. Hoping to make it to twelve or fourteen days for my next visit.

Our longest trip has been 15 nights. Hubby and I never feel "done" or ready to go home. EVER. My mom starts missing her cats and my daughter starts missing her friends. Hubby and I could stay for months (and plan on doing so after he retires)!!!
