My family is heading to Aruba and we are staying at the Marriott Resort. I understand they provide babysitting for their guests. I also understand they are one of the only hotels that perform background checks on the babysitters. I am wondering if anyone has utilized this service and if so do they recommend it? I want to make sure my child is in good hands. Any suggestions from people who have used a sitter while on vacation? We would only use this service a couple times at most.

----- Some of the resorts let their daytime staff do that so that may be better.

We're staying at the Amsterdam Manor right now and have Anouk from Aruba Babysitting watching our two young ones and she is amazing. Highly recommended.
