Has anyone ever used a babysitter at la cabana? My son is 15 months and i was hoping someone can recommend a babysitter that will come to the room for a few hours for about 4 or 5 nights while we're there. Thanks.

If you are staying at the Beach and Racquet Cub go to the childrens activity center and ask them first . If none of them are available then go into the info area next to the front desk and they will find some one . I have never had a bad sitter in 10 years. The are usually staff trying to make extra money . last time I used them it was $10 per hr for the first child. You pay them direct not the resort. If your staying at the old Villas I dont know, just go to the front desk it probably works the same.

Years back(6) we used a very nice woman called Selima. She was probably in her early 30's and very nice. She had been at La Cabana awhile so perhaps she is still there?

Go to www.arubababysitting.com. We had both Anouk and Eleanor sit with our 11 month old son this past May and they were both great. We've already booked them again for next year.

We are here now and have used Selima every night except 1 and that night we used her friend Gina. They are both so nice. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a sitter. They both work at la cabana also.
