ann41 Member Join Date: Aug 2007 Posts: 54	best block to stay in at the tamarijn Hello me again... I am going to book, and wanted to know what is the best block to stay in at the tam.. little rocks and great beach any newly remodeled room? Someone say the 1900 -2500 block

From what I have been told, all of the rooms are newly renovated. Evidently the bathrooms were not renovated, but are supposed to be very clean.

I used this map http://www.divigolf.com/resortMap_Tamarijn.html along with info from post online in selecting a room for December. We are traveling with my 93 year old grandmother and needed ease of acess to the buffet etc so chose. Block (building 12) 1200. I have been told by others that, though closer, block 1300 is a little too close to the noise from the entertainment at night and odors of cooking food at the pizza bar next door.

Now...from everything else I have researched, 1900 - 2300 are great choices as long as you don't mind a little bit of walking. Blocks 2400 & 2500 if you want a hike and more "seclusion".
