best restaurants for families

At the time of our trip, our kids will be 3 1/2 years and 15 1/12 months. Any suggestions on family friendly restaurants?

We will also be traveling with both sets of grandparents and our youngest' god parents.

Welcome to Aruba

Everyone has favorites, but when it comes down to children I have to say that some restaurants are more children friendly in the meaning that a child has more to occupy on than waiting like us adults. My family restaurants are Buccaneer (International & Seafood) known for the saltwater tanks at the tables great food at reasonable prices, MooMba which is next to Marriott on the beach with a swing set and the kids love to play in the sand, La Trattoria il Faro Blanco is an Italian restaurant overlooking scenic Aruba adjacent to Aruba's lighthouse, Sunset Bistro while watching the sunset on the beach and enjoying a quiet setting and dining island specialties, French Steak House and Amazonia for great steak dishes, Senior Frogs for an exciting, adventurous and relaxing place for everyone of all ages. If your children love Sushi than the perfect place to keep their minds occupied while eating off children menu is Blossoms at Westin Resort.
Wherever it may be that you dine the most important thing is that you enjoy your vacation as a family in Sunny Aruba.

Agree with Angela's choices and I would add Iguana Joe's downtown. Loud open air restaurant so the kids won't bother anyone, great food at reasonable prices and a great kids' menu. My kids swear they have the best Mac'n'Cheese on the planet. Have fun!

We had the kids at Buccaneer and Tony Romas with no problems. We tried MJ's and had to leave early. I agree DaveNJodie with Iguana Joes we are going to take the kids there this year.

A real nice place to take the kids to is Cafe at the Plaza. Its outside and there is often a group playing. Lots of kids dance in front of them, real cute. Anyway, they've been know to sing "sweer Caroline" for us( red sox fans) and we have gotten the group of people going there. Anyway, there is also a Baskin robbins for a quick treat..The meals are dutch, and very inexpensive, and GOOD ! cindyo
