We are leaving in two days with a 15 month old. Will we need a car seat, or can we rent one down there?

Well, I am curious - what did you find out and how was your trip with a 15 month old? We are thinking of going ourselves, our son is 5 months old. (Still on formula, a little more tricky)

We have brought a car seat with us the last two times in Aruba. WE don't rent a car so we have it available for the cabs we ride in.

Our daughter was 7 months the first time we went.... it worked out great. Just brin plenty of sun protection (ie a UV suit, tent and highest level sun tan lotion)

I am going to aruba in november with a 7 month old. Do they have to be in the car seat on the way to the hotel in the shuttle bus?

Also is it alright to bring in baby food?

Debbie, think safety first....but we do not use a car seat on busses. Bringing baby food is not problem at all.

You can rent a car seat at any car rental agency!!
