These are not all family related, but this board is pretty helpful!

I have read on here that US cash is widely accepted. That being said we don't want to bring a ton of cash while we travel. Is there an ATM system, or is it best to just bring what you'll need?

Also, is there a Jeep company that rents jeeps with car seats? We are hoping to make a family day trip around the island and have a 2.5 year old.

all of the ATMs offer choice of US dollars or Aruba Florins.
there are plenty of ATMs around.
