Is the food safe for a 18 month old fruit etc, water for makeing formula etc...We are staying at the holiday inn first time with a baby..

The water is 10 times cleaner than our water. My kids love it!! I wish our water tasted as good. It's on the warm side though. Not cold at all.

Tonia - the food is definately safe and Aruba, I believe, boasts the purest water in the world. I know the water there is better than the water in Kentucky

---- For the most part food and water great. Our 2 months old and 7 months old grandsons had no problems. The oldest has been there like 12 times. The drinking water may be better than a lot of the Systems in the States.

--- Can't speak for the quality of the food at the HI. But most of the local restaurants are great and safe.

Water is no problem. You might, or might not, want to buy a small electric kettle (not expensive, worth the cost) to boil water at your convenience in the room. Take water along in a thermos, like I do.
Food is great here, fruit, vegetable, everything. Most hotels and restaurants work according to international standards in their kitchens and run clean, hygienic operations. (Department of Health drops in to check periodically)
