Going to Aruba and staying in the hi-rise section. I would like to know if there are any laundromats around. I do not want to use the hotel service, I do like to do laundry. Please reply if you know. Thanks.

I don't have the faintest clue on laundromats, but you could call the Aruba Tourist office at 1-800-TO-ARUBA to see if they can help you out with that.

there is one other side of the street from the tam a couple blocks towards downtown it is called paradise laundry

I am regular traveler to Aruba for the last 12 years,(with 3 kids) and for the past 5 years we have been using a small laundromat at turibana plaza which is located near the police station in santa anna. Take the road leading away from the hotels past wendy's and mcdonalds to the cossroad where the police station is and the church (santa Anna) make a left go 1/4 mile and turibana plaza is on your right (its in the back) the owner is arubian and he does excellent service for a decent price.
