No picture ID?
My 14 year old doesn't have a picture ID. Will a certified Birth certificate get him in without any problems?

We just got back on Sunday, they did not ask for a picture ID for my 8 year old son. We didn't have any problems.

MY KIDS NEEDED THEM , ALL YOU HAVE TO DO ,WHERE YOU LIVE IS GET A COUNTY ID FROM YOUR TOWN WHERE YOU LIVE, I BELEIVE THEY REQUIRE IT FOR CHILDREN OF THAT AGE. THERE IS NO FEE FOR THIS COUNTY ID ALSO THEY REQUIRE A BIRTH CERTIFICATE WITH A RAISED SEAL, YOUR TRAVEL AGENT SHOULD HAVE TOLD YOU ALL THIS ESPECIALLY ABOUT THE PHOTO ID.

Just took my son and his birth certificate was fine to get in and out of the US and Aruba. No problems. Photo id is not req'd for kids who accompany an adult -- see the requirements on this website.

I called the Aruba Tourist Board and asked about the kids and ID question. They said that a birth certificate is fine w/o picture ID for a child.
