Hi Arubalisa, What do you need to do to receive the 'one cool family' benefits? We have already booked a trip during that time frame at the hyatt, and would like the free kids breakfasts and whatever other extras are available. Thanks for posting!

Thanks - I don't have an agent, since I booked it myself. I did contact Hyatt, and they need some sort of promo code to input into their system. They have not heard of this promotion at the 800 number. So I have emailed the concierge in Aruba, hoping to get this figured out.

Haven't heard anything from the Hyatt yet, but then I am on US speed...how long should I give the concierge to reply before trying to contact again?

If you do not hear anything in the next couple of days, I would try emailing again or just phone the Hyatt in Aruba directly and ask for reservations/front desk and ask them to add it to your reservation.

So to follow up, I never heard from the concierge, but decided to call the Hyatt 800 number again, since I figured I would probably get someone more helpful than last time. I did, and she transferred me to Aruba. The person in Aruba added the One Cool Family package to the comments part of my reservation, and although she didn't know exactly what would be included, I am sure they will have that figured out by the time we get there. So at least I have that much, whatever it is! I will be sure to bring a copy of the webpage, and see what happens.
