Here's an update: we had a fantastic trip. There was no consensus at the Hyatt on whether we should have recieved the free breakfasts for the kids on the day when we used the one cool family promotion for that purpose (breakfasts were included on all our days except one). When we arrived, the person at check in said he would credit our account for the amount that it would cost for the breakfasts on the last day. That was nowhere to be found on our bill. On our last day, I spoke to someone else at the front desk, with my aruba.com print off in hand, and she took it back to the general manager (who I never saw). She said that he said the Hyatt was not doing free breakfasts, and said that it said that on my print out (which I do not see). But they gave them to us free anyway, after all that. I guess it was not a huge surprise, but I had contacted them at least 2 times before we arrived, then at check in, and was told those other times that it would be fine. But there was still a problem with it! Our trip was so nice though that it didn't really ruffle my feathers, plus they were still willing to give us the breakfasts. Also at check in, they gave us certificates for 4 free smoothies, which must be the gift at check in that is mentioned on the promotion.
