Has anyone been to the Ostrich Farm lately??

I understand they do something with the eggs.

Can you eat them??

They do serve lunch at their restaurant there and you can get an ostrich omelet or an ostrich burger (the burgers are good!) and a few other ostrich items. Here is the link to their menu (ostrich items are at the bottom):
